Operational Overview

With Corporate Headquarters in Daytona Beach Florida, ACER is in an ideal location for network expansions, upgrades, and maintenance along both the I-4 and I-95 corridors. Our offices are open between 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday, and our on-call team can be reached 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Offering both scheduled after hour outage services and unscheduled outage emergency response. ACER teams are scheduled and designed to meet the demands of our customers.

Stephen (Wally) Wallace

As President of ACER, Mr. Wallace oversees the development and execution of the company strategy in all aspects. Prior to founding ACER, Mr. Wallace was President of LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions and has served in both the Aviation and Automotive industries for over 19 years. His career is filled with many years in support of maintenance operations, technical planning, sales, marketing, and resource supply. His professional journey has prepared him to lead ACER in accomplishing all its enterprise objectives.
Steven Jensen
Steven JensenVP of Technical Operations
As the Vice President of Technical Operations, Mr. Jensen oversees the strategy and execution of the technical service offerings of the company. Prior to founding ACER, Steve served in Senior Management roles guiding the development of both wired and wireless networks in the Telecommunication industry. His nearly three and half decade career is filled with hands on production and technical management of communications system deployments and upgrades. His unique skill set and vast understanding of the “blue collar” Telecommunication landscape makes him the ideal technical leader for ACER as it seeks to provide best in class service to its customers.
